  • 14mm Socket and Ratchet
  • C-Clamp
  • Screw Driver
  • New Brake Pads

A 14mm socket and ratchet or wrench will be needed to remove two bolts.

The caliper also needs to be squeezed together with using a C-Clamp a common method.

New brake pads will also be needed which can be bought at an auto parts store or online.

  1. Jack the car up and make sure it is secure.
  2. Remove the tire.
  3. Remove the two 14mm bolts attached to the caliper.
  4. Pull the caliper out and let it hang to the side.

  6. Remove the brake pads one at a time an insert the new ones.

  8. There is two brake pads on each wheel.

  10. Using a C-Clamp squeeze the caliper piston back into place even with the caliper.
  11. Re-attache the caliper over the brake pads.
  12. Screw the two bolts back into place.
  13. Test the brakes which should now be replaced and working.
